Mater Dei will be holding its biennial Special Education Conference this year. The conference is designed to share the latest research and teaching methods with educators and professionals in the field of Special Education. We address some of the most pressing issues facing teachers of children with an intellectual disability or syndrome. The Conference has brought speakers in from overseas to provide the most up to date and innovative ideas in this important area of special education. The Conference this year will be held on Thursday 25 & Friday 26 November 2010 at the Campbelltown Catholic Club with the theme:
Quality Teaching and Learning - the role of the special educator, with a particular emphasis on assessment and reporting.
