Mater Dei PEACE EGG

The 2010 PEACE EGG campaign was once again very popular being sold as far south as Nowra and as far north as Manly.

It raised over $20,000, bringing the total profit from the sale of the eggs to $165,000 over 11 years.

Funds raised this year will be put towards Mater Dei's Community Participation Programs.

We would like to particularly acknowledge and than our volunteer coordinators Anne Adam, Di Beers, Tanya Leadbeatter and Neris Taylor and their team for helping to get the eggs ready for sale.

Thanks also to the following businesses and schools who helped make it a success that it was:
Darrell Lea Chocolate Shops, Tony Wolf & Sons Quality Printers, radio station C91.3, Narellan Town Centre, Macarthur Square, and the students from St Clare's Catholic Primary School Narellan Vale, Magdalene Catholic High School Narellan, St Patrick's College Campbelltown and Mt Carmel Catholic High School Varroville for helping Mater Dei students sell the eggs.
