The organisation ensures that new staff receive effective orientation to the relevant Program(s) so that their performance enhances service development and outcomes for students and families.

We currently have 70 staff working across a range of programs at Mater Dei. We have staff working directly with our babies, children and young adults with a disability as well as a broad range of people employed in supporting roles.

Our school is an exciting and innovative educational setting for Primary and Secondary students who have been assessed with mild to moderate cognitive disability. Offering small classes, outstanding teacher support, modern facilities and a beautiful setting, Mater Dei provides each student with an Individual Educational Program of excellence based on the principles of inclusion.
